Tysha Osborne believes in providing an environment that is respectful, non-judgmental, challenging, and supportive. She approaches counseling by looking at the whole person (mind, body, soul) and how past experiences can influence the present. Tysha places special emphasis on how to live in the present moment, being gentle on oneself, and how to draw on one's strengths. Often times, she will use art therapy as a way for individuals who have a difficult time expressing themselves verbally. In addition, Tysha uses a gentle sense of humor which her client's state make them "feel at ease". In describing her approach to therapy, Tysha says that she taylors the approach to the client, however her main emphasis is on building a relationship with them. Tysha says, "I truly see it as an honor to play a role in the healing journey of my clients. It takes so much courage to seek help and I admire that."
